Chennai, Sep 23 Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay on Wednesday visited Kolathur MLA V S Babu at a private hosptial here to inquire about his health.
The 71-year-old TVK MLA was admiited to MGM Health Care for a respiratory ailment on September 9.
A latest health bulletin issued by the Director of Medical Services of MGM Health Care said, “Babu remains under close multidisciplinary medical care. His clinical status is stable and there is satisfactory response to the ongoing treatment.”
Babu defeated DMK president and former Chief Minister M K Stalin at Kolathur constituency in the April 23 Assembly polls.
