New Delhi, Nov 3 Delhi Lieutenant Governor T S Sandhu has directed the Delhi Development Authority to expand facilities at the Nehru Place multi-level parking facility, officials said Tuesday.
Sandhu visited the parking facility with officials and directed them to strengthen EV charging infrastructure as well.
“Made an impromptu visit to DDA’s multi-level parking facility at Nehru Place today to review operations and traffic management. Directed officials to maximise parking capacity, ensure smooth vehicular movement, maintain high service standards and strengthen EV charging infrastructure,” Sandhu said in a post on X.
The objective is simple: less time spent looking for parking, smoother journeys and greater convenience for every citizen visiting Nehru Place, he added.
