Kodaikanal (Tamil Nadu) Sept 25 Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay would definitively win if he contests elections in Keralam, said Swami Jana Theertha from the Sri Narayana Guru Ashram in Kodaikanal on Friday.
Speaking on the political landscape, the seer stated that the people of Keralam currently view Vijay as a serious politician rather than just an actor.
“If he contests, he will definitely win,” Theertha told PTI Videos.
He highlighted that Vijay’s political party (TVK) has already initiated operations and opened multiple offices across Keralam, specifically mentioning districts like Palakkad, Kozhikode, Wayanad, and areas near Thiruvananthapuram.
Theertha praised Vijay for seeking divine blessings to serve the people effectively, contrasting this with a previous administration in Tamil Nadu that he claimed did not adequately respect God’s grace.
He also claimed that both Vijay and V D Satheesan (Keralam Chief Minister) sought Narayana Guru’s blessings before assuming their duties.
