Chandrababu Naidu-led TDP government is systematically allotting valuable government lands across Andhra Pradesh in Rajamahendravaram, Kakinada, Pamarru, Vijayawada, Baptla and other areas specifically for the construction of TDP party offices, with the process reportedly bypassing standard alienation procedures by first handing possession to TDP district presidents before formal alienation proposals are submitted.
The government has released new G.O.RT.No. 539 Dated: 13-04-2026, accord permission to the District Collector, East Godavari District to hand over advance possession of the Government land measuring to an extent of Ac. 2.00 cts in Sy. No. 316/2 of Rajamahendravaram Urban Mandal in favour of District President, Telugu Desam Party, for construction of District Party Office in the District Headquarters, subject to submission of regular alienation proposals in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 571, Revenue (Assn.1) Department, Dt. 14.9.2012.
Thus, valuable government lands across many places in the state are being allotted to the party.
