Prayagraj, Oct 29 The Allahabad High Court on Thursday granted bail to Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan in the dual PAN card case.
Justice Samit Gopal, who was hearing a revision petition filed against a Rampur court judgement, however, refused to stay the sentence.
The Rampur district court had sentenced Khan to 10 years in prison in the matter.
