Gangtok, Nov 1 Union Panchayati Raj Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh arrived here on Sunday for a three-day visit, during which he is scheduled to review activities of various departments and interact with farmers as well as stakeholders.
He will also visit Mangan District to review educational and health facilities and inspect Siri cattle exhibitions, sources said.
The minister will also launch farmer-centric dairy cooperative initiatives at the Sikkim Milk Union Milk Processing Plant in Tadong, officials said.
