Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 1 Keralam Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala on Sunday announced that his office would go fully digital from November 3, with the public required to submit complaints and petitions online.

In a post on X, Chennithala said a dedicated dashboard would guide people through the process and enable them to stay connected with his office.

The system would also allow applicants to track the status of their petitions and ensure that each complaint received a prompt response, he said.

The Keralam Police already have a dedicated portal and mobile application for filing complaints online.

However, officials said a majority of people continued to prefer submitting petitions in person at police stations.
