On the first day of the visit, MoUs worth around Rs 12,000 crore were signed.
On Wednesday, Saini held one-to-one meetings with industrialists and investors in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, in the presence of Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh.
During the meetings, the chief minister invited investors to expand their business and industrial operations in Haryana, highlighting the state’s industry-friendly policies, robust infrastructure, improved connectivity, skilled workforce and conducive business environment.
He assured investors that the state government is committed to providing simplified procedures, digital facilities, and all necessary assistance, in accordance with rules, to set up industries and implement investment projects. Saini said Haryana would play a significant role in realising Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Make in India’ initiative.
Under the Prime Minister’s guidance, the state government was committed to fulfilling the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat-Viksit Haryana’, he said.
The government aimed to make Haryana a leading state in investment, industry and manufacturing while creating new employment opportunities and accelerating economic growth, the chief minister added.
He said both Haryana and Gujarat had established distinct identities in entrepreneurship, manufacturing and industrial development.
Enhanced cooperation between industrialists from the two states would open up new avenues for investment, technological innovation, production capacity and employment generation, he said.
The Haryana government was working to further strengthen the state’s position as a leading industrial and manufacturing hub by providing a conducive environment for investors, Saini added.
He also invited industrialists and investors from Gujarat to participate in the proposed ‘Happening Haryana Global Summit’, scheduled for April 2027. The chief minister urged investors to leverage Haryana’s industrial potential and expand their operations in the state.
Saini said the state government had placed special emphasis on making the process of setting up and expanding industries simple, transparent and time-bound.
He said all necessary permissions, approvals, and related services were being made available to entrepreneurs investing in the state under one roof, so they did not have to approach different departments.
The chief minister added that defined timelines had been prescribed for various processes to prevent unnecessary delays and procedural complications.
He said administrative procedures were being made more effective to meet industry requirements, so investment proposals could be translated into reality quickly, new industries established, and more employment opportunities created for the youth.
Saini assured investors that the state government was committed to addressing industry-related concerns and would extend all possible assistance throughout the investment process.
He said the investment proposals reflected Haryana’s industrial potential, investor-friendly policies, and growing investor confidence.
The government was making efforts to facilitate the proposals through prescribed procedures and ensure their implementation on the ground, he added.
Chief Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Rajesh Khullar, Industries and Commerce Department Commissioner and Secretary Amit Agrawal, Director General Yash Garg and senior officials were also present during the meetings.
