New Delhi, Oct 30 A security guard was injured after a room collapsed near Preet Vihar here, officials said on Friday. Police said the room collapsed on Thursday due to basement excavation work at an adjoining construction site in east Delhi. The guard managed to escape moments before the structure collapsed, but suffered minor injuries to his back, they said.
Police said further investigation is underway.
