The national loan default rate stands at 5 per cent, whereas it is only 2 per cent in Manipur, he claimed.
The Lakhpati Didi initiative of the Centre aims at helping SHG members earn Rs 1 lakh household income annually.
The CM also said that women of the state have played major roles in social, political and economic activities.
