Ranchi, Oct 22 BJP president Nitin Nabin will arrive in Ranchi on Friday for a three-day visit to Jharkhand, during which he will attend the inaugural session of the party’s state executive meeting.
Nabin is scheduled to arrive at Ranchi airport at 7 pm on October 23, BJP state general secretary Amar Bauri said in a statement.
He will attend the inaugural session of the BJP Jharkhand State Executive meeting on October 24.
This will be Nabin’s second visit to Jharkhand since he became the party’s national president. He had earlier visited the state for two days in June.
“His address is expected to guide party office-bearers, elected representatives and workers on strengthening the organisation, defining their roles and advancing the party’s programmes,” Bauri said.
On October 25, Nabin is likely to join party workers in listening to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ radio broadcast. The venue has not yet been finalised, BJP state media in-charge Yogendra Pratap Singh told PTI.
State BJP president Aditya Sahu reviewed preparations with party office-bearers at the state headquarters on Thursday.
