Will Jana Sena Field Radha Krishna for Vijayawada Mayor?
Radha Krishna’s joining comes amid discussions over candidates for the upcoming local body elections in Andhra Pradesh.
The Vijayawada Mayor post has been placed in the unreserved category. This has led to speculation about the ruling alliance’s candidate selection and the possibility of the post being allotted to Jana Sena under its seat-sharing arrangement with alliance partners.
If Jana Sena receives the Mayor post, Radha Krishna could be considered as a potential candidate, according to political speculation.
However, the party has not officially announced its candidate for Vijayawada Mayor. His possible candidature remains unconfirmed.
Pawan Kalyan Calls for Collective Public Service
Welcoming Radha Krishna into the party, Pawan Kalyan emphasised the importance of working together to strengthen Jana Sena’s ideology and serve the people.
The development has drawn attention to Jana Sena’s possible plans for the Vijayawada municipal elections. Further clarity on the alliance’s seat-sharing arrangements and Mayor candidate is expected following an official announcement.
