Action, including demolition, will be initiated after completion of the mandatory procedures, the official said.
According to an MCG survey, 35 unsafe buildings were identified in Zone 1, four in Zone 2, 12 in Zone 3, nine in Zone 4, 18 in Zone 5 and nine in Zone 6.
The process of issuing notices to the owners of the remaining 21 buildings is underway, officials said.
