Bhubaneswar, Oct 14 The Odisha Uniformed Services Staff Selection Commission has asked all candidates of the Combined Police Service Examination-2024 at the sub-inspector level to update and validate their credentials and application data online between October 15 and October 29.
Online updation and validation will be allowed from 10 am on October 15 to 10 pm on October 29, 2026, through the official website www.ousssc.odisha.gov.in.
According to an official statement, all applicants, including those eligible under age-relaxation provisions, have been asked to update their data.
The commission clarified that the data updated and validated by candidates will be treated as final for all subsequent stages of the examination and related purposes.
The police sub-inspector recruitment examination was initially scheduled for October last year. However, it was cancelled after severe irregularities were detected in the selection process.
More than 120 people, including over 110 job aspirants and key operatives such as Sagar Kumar Gouda, who allegedly handled logistics for the job racket, were arrested in connection with the case.
