* HC to hear Indian Youth Congress’ plea seeking permission to protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar at Jantar Mantar over alleged irregularities in the SIR exercise.
* Hearing likely on plea against closure of Jantar Mantar for protests.
