New Delhi, Sep 26 The Indian Youth Congress on Saturday held a dialogue with more than 250 young people in Delhi and sought their views on issues such as jobs, education, governance and democracy.
The event, which was part of an initiative to engage young professionals in public affairs, was held at Indira Bhawan here. It featured an open-floor discussion where participants spoke about concerns based on their experiences, the IYC said in a statement.
The participants then broke into groups of three to discuss the issues raised during the session, it said.
The programme was organised under Young Professionals for Change, an IYC initiative that seeks to bring young professionals into discussions on public issues and political participation.
The Congress’ youth wing said it plans to hold more such engagements to facilitate discussions among young professionals on issues affecting them and possible solutions.
