Mumbai, Sept 22 (PTI) Former Union minister and NCP (SP) chief Sharad Pawar on Tuesday congratulated the Indian women’s cricket team for winning the gold medal at the Asian Games, saying the feat added another glorious chapter to Indian sport’s history.
In a statement, Pawar said the team’s determination, perseverance, and collective effort had helped it deliver a proud and commendable performance.
“With determination, perseverance and Stellar teamwork, the daughters of India have delivered a performance that is both a source of pride and worthy of admiration,” he said.
