Hisar, Sep 24 Three men were killed after two motorcycles collided head-on on the Barwala-Jind road near Mirchpur village in Haryana’s Hansi district, police said on Thursday.
The accident took place late Wednesday evening in the area under the Narnaund police station, they said.
On receiving information, a team from the Mirchpur police outpost reached the spot and inspected the scene.
According to the police, Kapil (33), a resident of Kheri Jalab, and Mohit (33), a resident of Kheri Lohchab, went to Jind on a motorcycle on Wednesday for some work.
While returning home from Jind late in the evening, their motorcycle collided head-on with another bike coming from the opposite direction on the Barwala-Jind road, they said.
Vijay Kumar (32), a resident of Ital village in Jind district, was riding the other motorcycle. All three died on the spot, the police said.
Police took possession of the three bodies and sent them to the Civil Hospital in Hansi for post-mortem examinations.
