New Delhi, Sep 25 The fifth edition of ‘Jashn-E-Qawwali’, a musical event celebrating qawwali and poetry, will be held at Bharat Mandapam here on Saturday, with singer Kabul Bukhari set to headline the evening.
Organised by NGO Wishes and Blessings, ‘Jashn-E-Qawwali’ is expected to bring together music enthusiasts from across Delhi-NCR.
The event aims to blend live music with a social cause, with proceeds supporting the NGO’s elderly care initiative, Mann Ka Tilak Old Age Home.
From the first ‘Aadab’ to the final encore, ‘Jashn-E-Qawwali’ is among Delhi-NCR’s most awaited musical experiences, bringing together people across generations and backgrounds through a shared love for soulful music.
“As Jashn-E-Qawwali enters its milestone fifth edition, the event promises a bigger celebration, a more immersive musical experience and an evening filled with the kind of moments that can only be created when music meets purpose,” the organsiers added.
The event, according to the organiser, will feature qawwali, poetry and live musical performances, with audiences participating in singalongs and other interactive moments.
Wishes and Blessings is a non-profit organisation working across areas including education, nutrition, elderly care, skill development and relief.
