Kozhikode (Keralam), Sep 25 Keralam CEO D Sajith Babu has said AI-based tools would make poll procedures simpler and more efficient.
After inspecting the security arrangements at the EVM warehouse at Chathamangalam here, Babu attended a review meeting at the Collectorate conference hall on Thursday.
“AI-based tools would make the election process simpler and more efficient,” Babu said.
The CEO gave guidelines on effectively using new artificial intelligence-based tools being developed as per the Election Commission’s directions to make election-related activities faster and more effective, an official statement said.
The meeting, chaired by District Collector M S Madhavikutty, also discussed the pendency of various election-related forms and the status of basic facilities at polling booths, it said.
